Frequently Asked Questions

I don’t have a website so how can this work for me?
No problem!  If you don't have a website we can provide a stylish webpage for a one off low setup fee of $199.

What if the person (who is not a patient) changes their mind and decides that they don’t want to receive the emails from my practice?
On the bottom of each mail is an option to unsubscribe.  The ChiroMail system will do this for you automatically.

What happens when a person who has been receiving emails decides to become a patient at my practice? Will they still receive the emails?
Each week, your CA will add a list of emails to your ChiroMail database.  If the email is already present on the system, the CA will simply update the client details and change the campaign status to the Adult or Child New Patient Campaign.

How does a person become a patient of my practice through ChiroMail?
For non-patients receiving your ChiroMail emails, there is an option to receive your "Special Offer" which could be a discounted or free Initial visit.  They simple print a voucher and present this to your practice.

What if the patient says they don’t want to receive emails from my practice?
As part of the ChiroMail patient education system we provide detailed scripts for both the chiropractors and the CA's in your practice. These scripts allow every member of your team to confidently and competently address any and all issues raised by patients. This includes those patients who say they do not want to receive emails from you.

How do I load a patient’s details into the system?
This is a simple process that can be done individually or as a group.  To give you an example of how simple the process is... adding 10 new clients per week will take your CA about 5 minutes.

How easy is it to load a patient’s details into the system?
It's really very simple.  We provide a step-by-step instruction guide with ample screen shots to guide the most computer illiterate CA through the entire process.

What if a patient doesn't have speakers with their computer?
No problems. ChiroMail provides a text version that enables a patient to read through the exact same script as the audio. Again as part of the ChiroMail patient education system we provide detailed scripts for both the chiropractors and the CA's in your practice. These scripts allow every member of your team to confidently and competently address any and all issues raised by patients.

How do you handle expectant mothers entering the campaign at different stages of their pregnancies?
ChiroMail is designed to cater for expectant mothers entering the campaign at different stages of their pregnancy. Whether they are 10 weeks pregnant or 26 weeks pregnant, this is something that is managed through ChiroMail very easily.

What is the best way to introduce this system into my already very busy practice?
Remember, once the patient's emails are loaded the system itself occurs automatically. Your role, and the role of your team is very simply to make your patients aware of this new service you are providing. Again detailed scripts as well as instructions are provided for your team to ensure the introduction phase occurs with a minimum of effort.

What if my patient doesn’t have a computer or an email address?
Again detailed scripts are provided which allow your team to address every possible scenario.

What happens at the end of the new patient campaign?
Your patients are automatically transferred to the Wellness Weekly Campaign.

What happens at the end of the pregnancy campaign?
Your patients are automatically transferred to the Wellness Weekly Campaign.

How long is the Wellness campaign?
The Wellness campaign is never-ending and will continue for as long as the patient wishes to receive them. Should that patient miss an appointment, or several appointments the Wellness campaign will be there every week as a gentle reminder of your practice. There are hundreds of messages in the Wellness campaign, with new messages being produced every week.

If I have an entire family begin care or if an adult and a child from the same family begin care at the same time, what campaign should they be entered into?
In this situation it is important to discuss with the parent the advantages of both campaigns and if they are happy to receive the emails from both campaigns then you can enter them in both. However should they prefer just the one campaign then the adult new patient campaign is perhaps most appropriate.

What if I have a new patient who is pregnant. What campaign should she be entered into?
With a new (pregnant) patient you would enter them into the new patient campaign and you would have the option of also entering them into the pregnancy campaign.
There are no hard and fast rules with this although our suggestion is to give the new patient a few weeks to begin to feel better and to allow them to focus on the new patient presentations they will be receiving. Once they are feeling better you can discuss the pregnancy campaign with them and enter them into that campaign.

What if I have a wellness patient who informs me that she is pregnant. Should she be included in the pregnancy campaign as well as the wellness campaign?
In this situation it is best to discuss with the patient the information content of the pregnancy campaign and there is no doubt the patient will chose to opt in to the pregnancy campaign. They may wish to also continue with the wellness campaign or they may prefer to receive only the pregnancy presentations. Whatever is decided between you and the patient, rest assured it is a simple 15 second task for your CA to enter the patient into the appropriate campaign.
